CapFlex Coalition Presents at COGME Meeting

In June 2018, the HRSA federal advisory committee, the Council on Graduate Medical Education (COGME), met to discuss priorities and outline their 24th report to Congress. Representatives of the Coalition attended the meeting in-person, and other Coalition members participated remotely. COGME was supportive of the GME issues raised in the Coalition’s commentary, and is considering the inclusion of the CapFlex proposal in their recommendation to Secretary Azar and Congress.
